This is in an adult Park with lots of amenities there is clubhouse that has regular activities and games and dinners  there’s a heated swimming pool shuffleboard with a league, bocce courts, and lots of shaded walking streets with dog waste stations throughout the park.
Oakridge mobile home park is close enough to walk to several different stores. You can take your golf cart down to the restaurants and into the circle.
There is a screened in lanai and a not screened in patio washer on property. There is also a laundry room available to all the tenants. Along with clothesline for drying sheets and towels, 
The AC on this unit has been rebuilt works like a champ. I’ve installed windows where I took out the window unit air conditioners.
